Welcome to my corner of the digital universe! I’m Ben, a master electrician turned aspiring information technology professional, and this blog is my chronicle of navigating the ever-evolving world of IT.

My journey with technology began in middle school when I attended a summer camp at American University to learn HTML and C++. In high school, I gained the opportunity to showcase my new skills by creating and launching a website for one of our clubs. However, life led me down a different path, and after nearly a decade of work I became a master electrician in California. Despite the detour, my passion for technology persisted.

Returning to Maryland to be closer to family, I pivoted yet again, this time embracing my love for fitness. I transitioned into a full-time role as a personal trainer and nutrition coach. But life has a way of circling back to our true passions, and so here I am—embarking on a new adventure in information technology.

Currently a part-time Information Technology student, I’ve dedicated myself to gaining practical, hands-on knowledge. This blog serves as a digital journal of my journey—a place where I share my experiences, challenges, and victories as I navigate the realm of IT. From system administration to networking to cybersecurity exploits, I’m diving into the deep end, documenting each step of the way.
